They say a picture is worth a thousand words, conveying complex concepts in a single image. Can you portray your health condition, Marfan or Loeys-Dietz syndrome, in an illustration? A visual representation of everyday life with the disorder? It could be the usefulness of your tall physique that can reach the top shelf at supermarkets, or the annoyance of being tethered to so many medications. This would give us precious insight into the patient experience and we will turn the winning entry into a greeting card for the Marfan Trust.

We accept pen, paint, pastel, digital and everything in between. The winner is to be announced on 9 May. Draw on your creativity and enter our competition! Send your submission to [email protected]
